Cancellation:
In case you decide not to attend the congress, you are responsible for cancelling your registration as soon as possible. We will charge the certain registration fee in the event of cancellation as follows:
(a) For cancellations any time up to and including 26th of September 2011 we will refund the conference fee less a 20% administration fee.
(b) Cancellations after this date will be subject to the full registration fee and no refund will be available.
Invitation Letter ?
Delegates who request an invitation letter for visa purposes are asked to choose this option on the online / fax registration form or to contact us via email: sportsmed@pmu.ac.at
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.
Disclaimer of Liability
Neither the organizing committee, nor the Paracelsus Medical University will assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages as well as for delays or modifications in the program caused by unforeseen circumstances.
The organizing committeeor the Paracelsus Medical University will also not assume indemnities requested by contractors or participants in case of cancellation of the whole congress due to lack of participants or any other reason.
Participants have to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance.
